MOBILITY CHALETS Not everyone is comfortable with steps to their room but would like to have full facilities, to resolve this Roots has on ground level three Deluxe Chalets with large en-suite facilities equipped to handle wheelchairs and mobility aids. The main fabric of the building is local stone to 1 metre high with a timber clad wall and pitched thatched roof structure. The doorways are wider than standard doors to allow wheelchair access and have ramped entries. The internal finish is light wood panelling and Egyptian cotton draped ceiling and central feature. Each of the chalets is fitted with independent modern split unit air conditioning, LED satellite TV with 20 European channels, mini fridge, keypad room safe and smoke alarm. The rooms are supplied with clean bed linen and 2 room towels and a beach towels per person. The 3 ground level chalets offer twin bedded rooms. There is also the option for an adjoining bedroom on 109.
